Will I get a card through the post?

No. All orders will be emailed a subscription code that can be redeemed on their Xbox 360. No physical card will be posted.

How long does it take to receive the code?

All orders are emailed within 12 hrs. Typically, we send them out faster – on weekdays within 12hrs and on weekends its within a few hours.

OMFG * mock panic*! Its over 12 hours and my code has not arrived?!

Don't panic Mr. Mannering - sometimes we are travelling and cannot get to our systems in time but all orders will be sent within 24hr max. Our record is 12 hrs or under for 99% of our orders so far.

Which email address do you send the code to?
Codes will be sent to your registered Paypal Verified Account email address.

Do you offer refunds?

No. The codes are a digital product and due to the intangible nature we are unable to offer any refunds. However, we do our best to resolve any problems or issues you might face in redeeming your code.

What if something goes wrong with my code how long does it to respond?
Maximum response time is 24hr. However we normally respond within 12hrs or earlier.

Sometimes, we do make an error in typing the characters but this is easily resolved when you contact us.

“I have not received the email with my codes?”

If you have not received the codes for 24 hrs then please check your Spam/Junk folder – sometimes emails can be incorrectly filed.

What payment types do you accept?

We currently accept Paypal Verified users.

Do you take orders from Paypal Unverified Accounts?

No. We currently do not accept orders from unverified Paypal accounts. Any orders from unverified accounts will be refunded.

Will the Microsoft subscription/points work on the original Xbox?

No. The subscriptions/points only work on the Xbox 360.

Will the subscriptions/points work in my region/country?

The Xbox Live subscriptions are WORLDWIDE COMPATIBLE and will work in any country.

Xbox Live points are valid for UK and EU accounts only. Please check your account type before ordering.

“My current Xbox Live membership has a few months/weeks/days left – do I wait to enter the new subscription code?

No. You can enter your new subscription code right away and it will be added to your current expiry date.

If your expiry date is Dec and you have purchased a 12 months subscription code then it will be Dec + 12 months.
